Job description

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician with expertise in AC work, electrical work, and plumbing work to perform maintenance and repair tasks in our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, repair, and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, including refrigeration and cooling units.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including circuits, wiring, and fixtures.
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
Conduct routine inspections of equipment and systems to identify potential issues.
Respond to emergency maintenance requests and perform necessary repairs in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
Order necessary supplies and equipment to complete maintenance and repair tasks.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
Communicate effectively with other team members and building occupants.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing work.
Knowledge of electrical and plumbing codes and regulations.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and diagrams.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Physical Demands:

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks such as climbing, bending, and reaching.
Ability to work in confined spaces and at heights.
Ability to work in varying temperatures and weather conditions.
