Terms And Conditions

For the purposes of these terms and conditions, “Client” refers to customers who transact with Dedicated Technical Services, and “Contractor” refers to Dedicated Technical Services, its assignees, and subcontractors (collectively, “The Company”), with whom the customer enters into a contract based on the terms and conditions listed below with regard to the services to be rendered. The work done by Dedicated Technical Services, its designated representatives, employees, and subcontractors is referred to as “services.”

General Services
  • The Company retains the right to accept or reject work as it sees fit. When the Company agrees to complete work for the Customer, the assigned Company operative will handle the job at its own discretion.
  • The legality of the other provisions and the remainder of the provisions found invalid shall not be impacted if any provision stated in these Terms and Conditions is determined by any competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part.
  • The laws of the United Arab Emirates shall govern the interpretation and enforcement of these terms and conditions, and the United Arab Emirates courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes.
Charges Based on Time Spent
  • The cost of materials provided by Dedicated Technical Services, along with the amount of time the operative spent performing work both on- and off-site (including all reasonable time spent obtaining unstocked materials), will be added together and charged to the customer in accordance with the company’s current rate card.
  • Based on the information provided by the customer and to the best of their ability, our schedulers will make an estimate of the expected duration and scope of the work to be performed at the time of booking.
  • Only time spent on the Client’s work will be billed to the Client.
  • VAT at the current rate is applied to all charges.
  • The Client will be charged at cost for any parking fees incurred.
  • Any time spent locating materials for work will either be invoiced or added to the overall time required to complete the job.
Work on Diagnostic & Fault-Finding
  • It is difficult to accurately estimate how long it will take to identify and resolve an unknown problem, by definition. The company will suggest a first visit to begin looking into the issue. The specialists will explain what investigation has been done and what would happen next if the issue is not resolved during this initial visit.
  •  Based on the work and skill applied to the problem and the advancement achieved toward the solution through the exclusion of specific alternatives, this initial appointment is entirely billable. The company can then suggest making another reservation to carry out the examination.
Price Fixed Work

Fixed Price Quotes must be provided as a firm cost that the Client is responsible for paying. In the following situations, it may be altered or varied:

  • If the Client modifies the scope or quantity of work after accepting the quote
  • If the cost of the materials rises after the quote is signed but before the purchase
  • If it is discovered before or after the completion of the work that unanticipated problems
  • if the quote contains a glaring and obvious mistake.
Complaints

 If a client believes that work was performed subpar or that the job as scheduled was left unfinished, they should get in touch with the company right once.

  •  Any identified flaws must be supported by evidence, according to the Company. If these flaws are real, the Company will fix them without charging you.
  • The Company disclaims all liability for the workmanship and costs incurred by any third parties used by the Client to resolve any concerns, whether or not the Client first notifies the Company.
  •  In the case of the above statement, payment for the Company’s services is still due in full on the grounds that the Company’s pledge to make good on any genuine mistakes is still valid.
