Job description

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician with expertise in AC work, electrical work, and plumbing work to perform maintenance and repair tasks in our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, including refrigeration and cooling units.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including circuits, wiring, and fixtures.
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment and systems to identify potential issues.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests and perform necessary repairs in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
  Order necessary supplies and equipment to complete maintenance and repair tasks.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
• Communicate effectively with other team members and building occupants.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing work.
• Knowledge of electrical and plumbing codes and regulations.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and diagrams.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks such as climbing, bending, and reaching.
• Ability to work in confined spaces and at heights.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and weather conditions.
